Complete Outdoor Living LLC is an outdoor design and landscape contracting firm serving San Diego County. We design outdoor spaces and direct their installation: paver patios, turf, retaining walls, fire features, outdoor rooms, and related hardscape and planted environments. Complete Outdoor Living LLC holds California C-27 Landscape Contractor License #1153300.
The Site provides information about our work and a way to request a design consultation. Information on the Site is for general reference. It is not a quote, a proposal, or a contract. Project scope, pricing, materials, and timelines are set out in a written agreement signed before any work begins. Scopes that fall outside the C-27 classification, such as gas plumbing, structural electrical, and swimming pools, are coordinated with separately licensed trade partners and disclosed in your contract.
The clauses below describe our text messaging program. They apply to anyone who provides a mobile number to Complete Outdoor Living and agrees to receive text messages from us, whether through the inquiry form on this Site, by texting our business number first, or by giving consent during a call. These messaging terms are part of these Terms of Service.
When you opt in, Complete Outdoor Living may send you text messages related to your inquiry and project. These include appointment confirmations and reminders, project follow-ups, scheduling links, quotes, and customer-care replies to your questions. Your agreement to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Complete Outdoor Living. Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your inquiry and the stage of your project. We do not send recurring marketing text campaigns through this program.
Message and data rates may apply. The rates depend on your mobile carrier and your plan. Complete Outdoor Living is not responsible for any charges your carrier applies for sending or receiving text messages.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you reply STOP, we will stop sending you text messages, and we may send one final message confirming that you have opted out. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, you agree that Complete Outdoor Living may contact you at the number provided using automated technology, including artificial or prerecorded voice and SMS. This is the same consent presented to you on our inquiry forms. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply. Any automated voice assistant we use will identify itself as automated at the start of the call.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights and protections California law provides to consumers, including any rights under your written contract with us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Complete Outdoor Living LLC and its principals, employees, and trade partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation applies to your use of the Site only. It does not limit any obligation, warranty, or liability that arises under a signed project agreement between you and Complete Outdoor Living, and it does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under California law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section affects any forum, venue, or dispute-resolution provision in a separate signed project agreement, which controls for disputes about project work.
