Process · How we work, and what we are working on right now
Start to
finish.
A Complete Outdoor Living project takes four to twelve months, depending on scope. The first six weeks decide the next six months. We take that part seriously.
The Six Steps · Four to twelve months per project
The six steps
I
Conversation.
A free thirty-minute call with Isaac Reyna. We talk about the house, the site, the way you actually use the backyard, and what the budget needs to do.
II
Site visit.
We walk the property together. Measurements, light, drainage, existing planting.
III
Schematic design.
Two to four weeks. Plan view, key sections, material direction, an honest budget range. One revision included.
IV
Permit-set drawings.
Detailed drawings, specifications, permit-ready set. Coordination with structural, pool, electrical, and arborist as needed.
V
Installation.
Isaac on site from day one to final walk. Weekly site meetings, photographs, a single project tracker. Paver work installed by our crew. No mystery line items.
VI
Tuning.
Lighting calibrated at twilight. Irrigation observed through one full cycle. We come back at 30, 90, and 365 days to check the planting.
Why we publish this
"We are too new to show a finished portfolio. So we publish the project instead. What we do, while we are doing it, week by week. If the documentation makes you trust us less, we are probably not the right firm for your home."

a conversation.
A thirty-minute call about the house, the site, and what you are hoping to make of the space. Isaac and Tristan will ask the questions that tell them whether the project is a fit. No commitment past the call.
